Transport Users' Interests

The Swiss Shippers' Council (SSC) is an economic association, covering the major sections of trade and industry, which acts as an organ for Swiss transport users and defends their interests opposite public and private carriers both in Switzerland and abroad.

Facilities for export and import trade

The SSC seeks to maintain and improve existing facilities and networks for all modes of transport and deals with legal, commercial and insurance aspects related to the transport of goods. The SSC is fighting for transparent freight requirements of the export and import trade.

Transport management

The SSC organises workshops and seminars which contribute to the professional competence of transport managers/specialists, as well as for specialists in the export and import trade.

Membership

The membership is open to companies active in trade, industry and services in Switzerland.
